When a property is added to an existing data type in the UI, the new property is not visible where the data type is used (e.g. in a VFC instance in a service). This is caused by the data type cache in the backend not being updated when a data type is updated. 

When a data type is updated its entry in the cache should be removed so next read will populate the updated definition into the cache
