It shall be possible to add, view, edit constraints on inputs to a service.

The inputs are currently displayed in a table on the 'Inputs' tab in the 'Properties Assignment' page in the service. The table format does not lend itself to adding constraints etc so the proposal is as follows:

• When the user clicks on the Input name launch the 'Update Property' modal that is used in the composition view
• Update as necessary to enable adding/viewing/updating constraints for inputs
