Background - the substitution node typically has a large number of properties, and only a number of these are needed to be defined as inputs. Currently everything is defined as an input and user needs to delete multiple inputs to achieve correct template.

This ticket is to stop the creation of any inputs automatically for the substitution node , user can select the properties of interest from the SELF property list and create inputs from these.

There may be further impacts to ensure corrected behavior in service import scenario

The following should be verified:

• On export the tosca is created correctly with no inputs in the topology template and no property -> input mapping in the substitution mapping 
• The properties on the service substitution type can be manually declared as inputs in the Properties Assignment view using the 'Declare Input' button
• For the manually declared inputs the tosca is created correctly with inputs defined in the topology template and the property -> input mapping in the substitution mapping
• Import of a service with no inputs works as expected with no inputs being created in the new service
• Import of a service with inputs that were defined manually works as expected with the inputs recreated properly in the new service
