An interface definition in the tosca types can be edited to remove properties from the definition. If the new definition still contains at least one property then the removed properties will be dropped during the next upgrade deployment. However if there are no properties left in the new definition then the removed properties are not dropped during the next upgrade deployment

This bug is to have consistent behaviour irrespective of the number of properties remaining
