When setting the value of a property with the "yaml" option from the TOSCA functions, validation will always fail on the second setting of the value, i.e. setting the value using "yaml" option succeeds the first time, but a subsequent attempt to change the value in the yaml will always fail validation.

Constraint validation should not be performed on any values where a TOSCA function is used
