For a property of an instance in a service where the type of the property is a list or map and a valid values constraint is specified, validation will fail if a TOSCA function value is added followed by a second value (either literal value or expression).

The validation needs to ignore TOSCA function value entries in the value.

Also for in_range constraint, validation error is being thrown even when a valid value is specified for non-string porperty
