Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Create a Service, Add instance to service.
2. Declare one of the instance property as input using declare input button.
3. Export the service and import the service.
4. Try deleting imported input declared from instance property.
5.  Input gets deleted, but respective instance property in UI is still disabled.

Need to fix the disabling of the instance property once its declared input is deleted.
