We currently support get_input, get_property, get_attribute, concat and yaml as TOSCA functions. This story is to add support in the backend for a new 'custom' type.

The structure of the custom type shall be:

• name
• list of arguments

Each argument can be a string value or a TOSCA function. The list can be any length

The structure is very similar to concat, except we now also have a name.

The scope of this story is to introduce the necessary changes to handle the structure of the new TOSCA function type, and to support the setting of a property of an instance in a service via the REST endpoint.

Setting of sub-properties and other locations will be taken in subsequent stories
