Preparation for JDK17

      Remove outdated plugin org.codehaus.gmaven:gmaven-plugin, and replace with io.fabric8:docker-maven-plugin if used for tagging docker images

      Update outdated dependencies
      org.mapstruct - 1.5.3.Final
      org.projectlombok -> 1.18.26

      According to lombok documentation https://projectlombok.org/changelog, support of JDK17 been introduced in v1.18.22 (October 6th, 2021)
      versions before this one produce compilation error
