Create a test model that gets deployed in the SDC integration tests

For now this is just the bare bones that deploys a TEST MODEL with two complex data types and three VFCs. More meaningful content to be added by further tasks as needs be

The docker image runs during the all-for-integration-tests-only and 
integration-tests-with-helm-validator profiles. Can also be run during start-sdc profile by removing <skip>${it.test-model.disabled}</skip> from the integration-tests pom.xml file
 
Can also be manually run by using the following command in the sdc directory: docker run --network=sdc-network --env ENVNAME=integration-test --volume $(pwd)/integration-tests/target/chef-config:/home/onap/chef-solo/environments onap/sdc-integration-tests-init
