Support the addition of INDEX token per usage. This should be supported on:

• get_input
• get_property
• get_attribute
• Any other custom function being used - get_input_ext (future support) or any custom function added by user (future support)

The INDEX token can be used anywhere , except the first argument

Examples  

get_property: [XXX, INDEX, XXX]  }

concat: [ get_input: XXX, INDEX ]
