Scenario:

• A VFC has an operation defined with an input of a complex type
• The VFC is added to a service
• The user sets the value to the operation input, but only sets some of the properties of the complex type
• Download the tosca template -> the value for the operation input is missing

Handling of the value of the complex type results in an exception being thrown and caught for any empty (i.e. null) value. This results in the whole value being ignored
