When upgrading a node (uplifting its version) in the composition screen, does not bring its new capabilities. When trying to add a capability filter, the system says that the node does not have any.

To reproduce:

• Create a VF and certify;
• Create a service;
• Go to composition and add the created VF;
• Go to the catalog, checkout the VF and add a capability that has properties (e.g. Endpoint, Container). Certify;
• Go back to the service and upgrade the node version and try to add a capability filter (no properties found problem);
• Add a new VF of the same type and try to add a capability filter, the dialog will open with the capability properties.
  • Downgrade the VF and then upgrade; not possible to add a capability filter anymore.
