Issues after a successful import with a service that has no service-{serviceName}-template-interface.yml file in the csar

1. No properties of the sub mapping node are visible (under SELF) - inputs are still there
2. Substitution node filters are not configured after import
3. Sub mapping node properties are not configured correctly after input per the way they are defined in the import template. The properties are presented as they were prior to the changes on how the node is handled
