When the user selects an attribute and clicks the "Declare Output" button in the "Attributes & Outputs" view, a modal shall be presented to the user to enter the name of the output. It shall be pre-populated with the default name which shall be the name of the attribute.  Behaviour, look and feel shall be the same as we currently have for declaring properties as inputs
