Multiple console errors thrown when trying to add an activity to an interface operation, and unable to add a new activity. Those errors are generated when the model doesnt have the type related to the activity. In this case, a bteer hadling should be done, and do not allow to add sub operations, including activities, in case the model doesnt provide those types.
Also do not allow to add activities to a an instance of a service not having an VFC in composition.
