Implement:

• standard keystore & truststore handling in sdc-onboarding-be Jetty server
• handling of certificates and generation of keystore & truststore
• handling of truststore and keystore in any http clients used (e.g. towards cassandra, minio, sdc-be)
• handling of certificate renewal, server and clients
