1) We dont need the 'milestones' keyword in the template to group the activities. The activities should be listed at the implementation level

2) UI label updates:

Sub Operations  -> Change to "Progress Points"
Activities -> Rename "Type" to "Activity Type"  " Workflow" to "Activity Implementation"

3) When clicking into the Activities -> workflow field , the cursor is not visible , so not clear that the field is selected.
