SDC Sprint 5
as part of our efforts to create a stable safety neet we need:
Sanity docker:
- should stop execution after test is complete.
CSIT:
- CSIT should run successfully in a stable manner.
- CSIT should be triggered by marge job and by the release job in addition to the timer.
- CSIT should be able to run on separate branches.
