In Tosca Template init method; when the input file has any exception in loading the error message is just being logged and the control is returned to the calling user. As per the existing defined code JE1002; the Yaml loading issue should be appended in validation issue list and control should be send back to calling application along with issue list.

This is particularity applicable in such case when Tosca CSAR is opened at calling application and all individual Yaml files are being sent to JTOSCA module for validation.

To reproduce this issue; just pass any Tosca Yaml or CSAR with syntax error and you will not see the failure error message in returned validation list.
