Onboarding - image upload via Vulti-VIM

- SDC needs the ability to onboard VNF packages that include the image provided by the vendor.
- at the present, the flow in Ecomp requires the user to upload the image in to GLANSS before starting the onboarding and based on a reference in the model the image is retrieved on orchestration.
- SDC should allow the user to onboard a VNF with the image.
- SDC should separate it from the package and uploaded to a centralized repository. the repository should be configurable to allow the push of the image to glance in Eecomp and to multi vim in ONAP
- SDC should function as temporary storage only for such images untill they are auploded sucsesfully and then the image should be removed.
- on upload the response of the uploade process should be add to the sdc module to reflact the image id.
