      The behavior of selecting an item - VLM/VSP:

      • from workspace:
      • if the item has more than 1 versions of Draft status - the user should navigate to the versions page 
      • if the item has only 1 version of Draft status - the user should navigate directly to the overview page (skipping the versions page)

      - from catalog - the user should navigate to the versions page.
