Collaboration : Dependencies are getting deleted after same HEAT is uploaded to VSP

      • Create VSP with onboarding method as NetworkPackage 
      • Upload and validate HEAT (Attached sample_ 
      • Create two dependencies between any two components. 
      • Commit and Submit VSP. 
      • Create new Version (major/minor) of VSP. 
      • Upload same HEAT file to new version of VSP. 

      Existing Dependencies gets deleted automatically but as below story dependencies should have been retained.
