Steps to reproduce:

Create VSP and upload HEAT.
create VSP Component process for component - 2 . Note: Set Type - Lifecycle_Operations

Upload file to both the processes.

checkin, submit and create package.

Download the package . Extract csar zip and validate the artifact structure.

Expected :

Artifact should be added to the following location:
Under Artifact
<VFC Name> Sub-folder
“Deployment” Sub-folder
"Lifecycle Operations"
The Artifact itself
