SDNC GR-API shall get two types of output back from Resource Accumulator.

If the output payload starts with the resource-accumulator then the custom parsing payload processing will continue to be executed for processing and populating the MD-SAL data for all the input and capability data.

if the output payload start with List of dictionary name, value, key-identifiers then a SDNC shall process a generic parser to extract the resource name, value, and capability into the existing mdsal params object both for VNF and VF Module.
