SDNC Portal is deprecated in Frankfurt. All functionality provided by the portal is available through other interfaces, and there are no longer any resources available to maintain this duplicate functionality.

For Frankfurt, the SDNC portal code will remain in place but is disabled in the Frankfurt helm charts. The code will be removed from the Guilin code base.
