The sdnr feature bundles related dependencies are all provided by base-image "odlsli" in repo ccsdk/distribution:

• <groupId>org.onap.ccsdk.features.sdnr.northbound</groupId><artifactId>sdnr-northbound-features-installer</artifactId>
• <groupId>org.onap.ccsdk.features.sdnr.wt</groupId><artifactId>sdnr-wt-feature-aggregator-installer</artifactId>

They are removed from sdnc-image pom.
