NetConf supports several "streams" for events.

If the NetConf server support "create-subscription" the implemented streams can be inqured by the following command.

The request is to provide a generic mechanism to subscribe for all available streams and to to forward the content as VES (domain notification) to a VES collector. Streamname should be moved into VES notification.
