The user should be able to "modify" a Transport Slice. The modification operation is expected to be able to support the following three scenarios:

1.  A user may "Add" one or more new service(s) to a given slice that is already created
2.  A user may need to change the maximum bandwidth attribute (i.e. the SLA agreement) using which a given slice is created
3.  Both of the above operations.
