1) There is an issue in the "modify" operation of transport slicing. H release requires this issue to be fixed so that H release can fully support this "modify" use-case.

2) Also, there is another known issue with ESR registration of a 3rd party domain controller: the available types in ESR portal are either WAN or DC, however, SDNC discovery DG expects SOTN so that it can discover the topologies. Changing SDNC to WAN for now.

3) Lastly, there is an issue with automatic loading of the "delete" DG required for deallocation of a transport slice.
