SDNC healthcheck CSIT setup (csit/plans/sdnc/healthcheck/setup.sh) pulls and starts nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/ccsdk-dgbuilder-image/1.1-STAGING-latest, which is dubious for at least two reasons:

1) The last update to this image in Nexus3 is from Fri Sep 01 2017, and there no longer seems to be any job that produces this (https://jenkins.onap.org/view/ccsdk/job/ccsdk-distribution-maven-docker-stage-honolulu is producing onap/ccsdk-dgbuilder-image/1.1-SNAPSHOT-latest though)

2) As ccsdk-dgbuilder-image is not a product of SDNC docker jobs, the dependency should be fixed to some of its released versions (for example, 1.1.5) instead of a staging or snapshot image that gets rebuilt and possibly changes every day (the purpose of SDNC healthcheck CSIT should not be to verify latest CCSDK changes but latest SDNC changes)
