Today: sdnc-web build is using dependency <groupId>org.onap.ccsdk.features.sdnr.wt</groupId>
<artifactId>sdnr-wt-odlux-installer</artifactId> to include ODLUX.

The sdnr-wt-odlux-installer needs to be added to  <groupId>org.onap.ccsdk.features.sdnr.wt</groupId><artifactId>sdnr-wt-feature-aggregator-installer</artifactId>  to be available in the odlsli container.

sdnc-web build process should be aligned with sdnc-image build process and change to use the odlsli image as source of ODLUX artifact. 

Task is to use docker multi stage capability to copy the artifact directly from $ODL_HOME/system repository of odlsli image over into sdnc-web image.
