Honolulu release build not working because of wrong platform-logic-setup dependency

Could not find artifact org.onap.ccsdk.distribution:platform-logic-installer:zip:1.1.7 in release-mirror (https://nexus.onap.org/content/repositories/public/) -> [Help 1]04:13:24 org.apache.maven.lifecycle.LifecycleExecutionException: Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:3.0.0:unpack (unpack) on project platform-logic-setup: Unable to find/resolve artifact.
 

      Problem is, that  artifact is only available as 1.1.7-SNAPSHOT version.

      Workarround: Use last release version within oam repository. Overwrite ccsdk parent pom version by additional entry  in [oam]/pom.xml
