ACTN YANG models have changed since the transport slicing use-case was originally implemented. The new ACTN PNC simulator does not work with current transport slicing "activation" DGs. This has to be updated.

Also, the service-instance related to the slice has to be marked as "Activated" after activation and "Deactivated" after deactivation.
