The addition of the aai.properties file was done as part of CCSDK-389 ( https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/56893/ ) but it wasn't also added to the OOM deployment chart for the DMaaP listener pod.

This gap should be addressed so that the DMaaP listener will have like configuration between HEAT and OOM deployment environments.
