SDN-R featureset preloads the opendaylight yang schema chach to gurantee the availability of the correct yang specs during runtime.
This proceeding was result of errors, caused by netconf device that provide variants of yang specs, differing from the one used by the SDN-R service itself.

Steps to implement:
1) Add schema cache information to installer
2) Provide this information during sdnr wt feature install to the SDNC-OAM/installer/sdnc
