Create documentation/spec on readthedocs or wiki for crafting an SDNC preload JSON file for VFN-API and GR-API. This will be used by the VVP team to create automation to generate a preload json when executing the VVP validation scripts (see linked issue).

Spec/Guide is needed for how to generate the content in a json preload, specifically the topology information contained in a preload so that relevant information is inventoried in AAI, instead of using the free-form parameters section. See attached preload json(s) for an example.

This spec will be used as the guideline for the VVP to create automation to generate a preload dynamically.
