Significantly fewer than 70% of the Dublin project have committed to achieving a Silver CII badge. Additionally, vulnerabilities in the ODL project prevent some of the projects from achieving a Passing CII badge.

Propose modifying the Dublin S3P Security goal to "percentage towards Passing" and "percentage towards Silver"

We should pay special attention (like in section: Publicly known vulnerabilities fixed) to some CII Badging questions and answers to ensure that project teams interprete properly them.

Dedicated meeting with Tony and Amy was done to review CII badging answers. Code of Conduct should be approved ASAP - it would allow projects to get some extra points.
