Discuss certificate expiration issue with SECCOM.

In order to remove delays in testing, change the default expiration time of AAF certificates to 5yrs. Since these certificates are only meant for testing, this will not negatively impact  the security of ONAP. It is assumed that an operator will integrate their deployment of ONAP with a commercial grade CA.
