If so-openstack-adapter image is pulled from repository: nexus3.onap.org:10001
image: onap/so/openstack-adapter:1.3.3 then it runs well

However if code is cloned from Casablanca branch

git clone https://gerrit.onap.org/r/so -b Casablanca

 and build local docker image then it fails with error crashloopbackoff.

To resolve this error manual creation of "homing_instances" table in catalog_db is required.
