Openstack adapter can't resolve HEAT template parameter when createVfModule

    • Deployed ONAP master branch on Integration-OOM-Staging-Daily with all latest relevant patches applied manually. 

      vCPE use case fails in SO DoCreateVfModule for infra service due to an error received from Openstack adapter.  BPMN log shows:
