Implement new database table to persist the activity sequence

      SO shall create a new table in the catalogdb database to persist the data associated with the sequence of activities within the workflow. The new table shall be named "workflow_activity_spec_sequence" and have the following columns:

      1. ID
      2. WORKFLOW_ID
      3. ACTIVITY_SPEC_ID
      4. SEQ_NO
