Keystone v3 Support in MSO

    Description

      Openstack has deprecated Keystone V2.0 API  support. So it is better to move on to support only/completely V3 in MSO.  I am not sure we have out of box support for V3(I have seen seperate module for V3 in the code, does it trigger based on identiy_url automatically?).

          • Medium - Failure of non-critical aspects of the system but results in an inconvenient situation. It causes some undesirable behavior, but the system is still functional. There is a reasonably satisfactory workaround. It is still a valid defect that should be corrected May be fixed after the release or in the next release.
