This is the environmental information I use，
1.Camunda version is community version 7.10.0.
2.Mariadb glaera cluster configuration in accordance with camunda requirements.
Explain: transaction isolation level is READ-COMMITED.
3.The runtime container is Apache Tomcat.
During concurrent testing，we found that there was a deadlock problem in sdncAdapter Callback message correlation.
So, Execution of sdncAdapter in concurrent process will lead to database deadlock.
I find this is a known problem on camunda jira.Their number is cam-6468 and cam-3318.
The attachment is the error log during the test.
