SO CSITs are testing obsolete images

      • so-master-csit-integration-testing refers to TAG 1.3.1 in all its tested SO images in master, frankfurt and elalto branches (and 1.3.1 is an early Casablanca version, - these images haven't been updated since Nov 2018)
      • so-master-csit-integration-etsi-testing refers to TAG 1.6.0 in all its tested SO images in master and frankfurt branches (1.6.0 is early Frankfurt version, and those have not been updated since April 2020; the latest Frankfurt images are going at version 1.6.4 by now)
