Implement HealthCheckBB that can be later on used in the orchestration_flow_reference table for the composition of the Healthcheck workflow. BPMN infra should delegate the operation to the CNF adapter, and the later one should by callback inform BPMN infra about the completion of the health check operation.

Health check operation should be run by execution of Healtcheck API and verification of HC jobs execution.
