Implement StatusCheckBBthat can be later on used in the orchestration_flow_reference table for the composition of the Healthcheck workflow. BPMN infra should delegate the operation to the CNF adapter, and the later one should by callback inform BPMN infra about the completion of the status check operation.

The status check operation would rely only on reading the Ready flag of K8s Plugin Status API response. Status Check operation should be parametrized with timeout when CNF adapter should wait for Ready flag to be set to true.
