When we specify a different cloud region for each VNF resource in a service, all VNFs get instantiated in the cloud-region of the first VNF (in order of VNFs in the SO request). SO Macro flow does not consider the cloud-region information specified at each VNF level.

Although the request enables us to specify different cloud-regions for each VNF, SO Macro flow does not follow the specification in the request.
