SO API documentation is not aligned with ONAP version

      On ONAP ReadTheDocs http://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submodules/so.git/docs/SO_R1_Interface.html#so-apis, the SO API is "v2" but "v5" is available on ONAP Amsterdam.

      Please, update the SO API documentation.
