Fix OOF Homing API Interactions

    Description

      Original API interaction between SO and OOF was based on API at API freeze. There have since been multiple updates to the officially OOF Homing API on the wiki. This bug fixes both request to OOF and response from OOF and aligns it to the latest version of the OOF API in wiki.
